Accurate typing services for Toronto organizations
Unlike many other online typing services, we don’t outsource overseas, nor do we use OCR technology to produce our transcripts. Our professional North America-based typists are experts in the written word and have backgrounds in fields like editing, proofreading, writing, and teaching.
We can retype your files into conveniently editable Microsoft Word documents (.docx) or text files (.txt). We can work from a digital source file, such as a PDF, JPEG, or PNG file; or from a hard copy, such as a textbook. We take care to accurately copy over any inline style elements from your original documents, such as bold and italicized text, paragraphs, subheads, lists, charts, signature lines, block quotes, and endnotes.
At your request, we can also add formatting to your document, including page numbers, dot leaders, tables, and clickable titles and subtitles. We can even proofread the original copy.

Rates for copy typing services
Our pricing is very competitive with other typing services in Toronto. For most projects, we charge per page or word, instead of per hour of our time. Per-page rates vary depending on the approximate word count and legibility of your source documents. (For instance, handwritten notes are usually more difficult to decipher than a scan from a magazine article.)
