Unlike many transcription agencies, we don’t outsource offshore. Your audio files will be processed by a U.S. or Canada-based transcriptionist and lightly edited to remove unessential speech, such as um’s and uh’s, stutters, and false starts. This is known as clean verbatim (or intelligent verbatim) transcription.
We follow AP style rules to ensure consistency in style and formatting throughout the document.
