Our confidentiality policy
We understand that when it comes to qualitative research, confidentiality is of paramount importance for your research participants.
A signed confidentiality agreement is an ethical first step to recruiting a third-party transcription service. If you don’t have a confidentiality agreement on hand, we’ll sign and send a standard agreement for you before previewing your audio.
Many universities have a confidentiality agreement they like to use when hiring third-party services to transcribe qualitative research. We’d be happy to review and sign this for you.
For file transfer and storage, we have end-to-end encrypted technology available. If you’d prefer to collaborate with us using a popular file-hosting tool such as Dropbox or Google Drive, we can certainly accommodate you.

Our pricing is comparable to other professional North America-based transcription companies. We charge per audio minute, based on audio quality and number of speakers.
