We follow AP style guidelines to ensure consistent formatting in our transcripts. Unless requested to do otherwise, we transcribe in clean verbatim style, removing “ums” and “ahs” and other redundancies for a clean and easy-to-read transcript.

To receive a quote on your transcription project, please email your audio to info (at) opaltranscriptionservices.com. We recommend using a standard file-storage service like Dropbox or Google Drive to host your audio files, and then pasting the link to your files in the email.

If you don’t have an NDA prepared, no problem – we have a standard transcription confidentiality agreement that we sign at the start of every project. All client audio files and transcripts are deleted from our systems two weeks after receipt of payment.
